XP230 - Universal Flat-Free Tire and Rim
Anyone who has experienced a flat wheelbarrow tire will appreciate this flat-free tire. Made from tough, micro-cellular polyurethane foam (stronger than rubber), it is hardwearing and puncture proof. The tire has the bounce and load-handling characteristics of conventional air-filled tires and handles loads up to 500 lb.
Measuring 14 1/2" in diameter and 3" wide, it has an 8 1/2" steel rim and a 3" wide hub. Supplied with 5/8", 3/4", and 1" bearings as well as a variety of spacers to ensure proper fit, it is a good retrofit for carts and barrows that normally use 14 1/2" pneumatic wheels. It is also suitable for custom carts or wagons.
