AA621 - Children’s Digging Fork
While it is often difficult to find good-quality tools that are also appropriately scaled for children, this fork is made to the same quality standards as our full-size wooden-handled tools. A child will surely outgrow it long before it wears out.
The fork stands about 28" tall overall and has a durable ash shaft set in a deep socket for excellent strength. The stainless-steel four-tine head is 6 1/2" long, with smooth surfaces and well-formed tips to easily penetrate soil.
Though the fork was developed with children in mind, it is a convenient size for anyone working in raised beds, or from a seated or kneeling position.
