BL114 - Asparagus/Harvest Knife
Though designed for asparagus, this is an effective tool for most harvesting tasks.
The carbon-steel blade has a serrated edge to easily cut through asparagus and other fibrous vegetable stalks. The slim design of the sharpened tip lets you selectively sever spears without damaging adjacent growth. The tip also works well for cutting off or uprooting weeds. About 12" long overall, the knife has a comfortable hardwood handle.
Hardly a refined tool but certainly a versatile one.
