If you have ever had the misfortune of using a poorly made pruner, you will really appreciate the feel and performance of the Felco line. Felco pruners are designed to cut cleanly and evenly, leaving no crushed wood that might invite pests and disease.
The #16 pruner has an offset head to keep your arm and wrist positioned naturally while cutting. A medium-size pruner, it is the left-hand equivalent of the #6 model. It is 7 3/4" long with a 2" blade made of top-quality steel that has been hardened with great precision, then hollow ground.
The handles are forged in manganese aluminum alloy and insulated with red plastic. Adjustable blades feature a wire-cutting notch along with a sap groove on the lower blade to stop the blades from sticking together. All parts are replaceable.
Made in Switzerland, this pruner should provide many years of faithful service.
