As is often the case with Japanese tools, the beauty of these shears lies in the simplicity of design and quality of workmanship. Robust in construction for long-term service, they are lightweight and balanced for comfortable use.
The shears are forged from heat-treated high-carbon steel and have highly polished blades to maximize sharpness. The blackened handles fit nicely in the hand and have a simple locking catch.
They are 10" long with a 4" blade and have a brass knuckle guard.
