Description

Microgreens are typically watered from the bottom rather than the top to help keep the foliage dry, reducing the risk of fungal diseases and mold. Additionally, bottom watering encourages the development of a strong root system as roots grow down toward the water source.

This is a dual-tray system with a slotted top tray for growing microgreens (or soil blocks) and a solid bottom tray that acts as a water reservoir.

The trays are just 1 1/4" high (about half the height of a standard tray), improving airflow around the plants and access for harvesting. Each tray measures 10 3/4" × 21".
