We put together this simple planting kit as an easy way for aspiring young gardeners to get growing. The kit includes a set of small, well-made gardening tools, and a selection of seeds, chosen because they are relatively easy to grow and yield colorful, flavorful results that any youngster would be proud of.
Sturdily made from glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene, the six tools are lightweight, strong, and non-rusting. Suitably sized from 8" to 9" long, they are less cumbersome than traditional hand tools, and they won't scratch surfaces the way metal tools can.
