This durable brass female hose-end coupler has an internal valve that instantly stops water flow when disconnected, so you never have to kink the hose or run back to shut off the faucet when changing accessories.
When used with a brass male tool adapter (sold separately), it connects your hose to a nozzle or sprinkler, providing a secure, leak-proof link. Connects and disconnects quickly just by sliding the spring-loaded ring about 1/4".
