Description
Designed for easy installation, these lifts mount quickly with just a few screws. As the motor is already installed, no additional wiring work is needed; simply plug in the power cord and control switch, and it is ready to operate. Largely made of steel with a protective powder-coat finish, each lift has a 24V DC motor (transformer and 71" power cord included) and a powerful rack-and-pinion drive mechanism. A corded rocker switch controls lift movement, but the lifts also come with a convenient hand-held controller for remote operation. The supplied monitor brackets accommodate televisions with standard VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) mounts. All models are UL/CUL certified, and include mounting instructions.
The Versalift model, with an 18" range of motion, is for use with screens up to 26". It has a weight capacity of 110 lb (50kg). It is 3 5/16" deep by 25 7/16" high by 5 1/8" wide.
With a 27 1/2" range of motion, the Whisper-Ride 700 is suitable for use with 26" to 47" screens weighing up to 145 lb (66kg). It is 2 7/8" deep by 23 5/8" high by 12" wide.
The Whisper-Ride 1000 has a 39 3/8" range of motion and supports 32" to 60" screens weighing up to 145 lb (66kg). It is 2 7/8" deep by 29 1/2" high by 12" wide.
If the Whisper-Ride mechanism encounters an obstruction while in motion, it automatically reverses direction. A lifter bar, to push a hinged lid (not included) up and out of the way as the monitor rises, is also supplied with the Whisper-Ride models.
Not just for use with televisions, the lifts can hold other electronic equipment or small appliances, and can even be used to build a variety of automated-motion shelves or concealed storage compartments.
