We make these knife hinges to precise tolerances, for unmatched fit and function. Primarily for inset door applications where you want a sturdy hinge with minimum visibility, they are milled from solid stainless steel and have a tumbled matte finish. They have floating stainless-steel pivots for easy installation and smooth, reliable operation. Usually recessed in application, the hinges mount to the cabinet and the door ends instead of the sides.
Sizes given are overall width (including the elbow) by length by thickness. Leaf width is ½ the overall width. Door thickness should be at least 1/8" greater than the leaf width. Sold in pairs; screws not included. We recommend a #4 screw for 05H0155, a #5 for 05H0156 and 05H0157, and a #6 for 05H0158.
