Description

Shrink tubes are used for outdoor or wet location installations to seal splice and wire-to-tape lighting connections or tape ends that have been cut. They provide electrical insulation and water resistance. When heated to about 110°C/230°F with a heat gun or torch, they shrink by up to half their diameter and coat the content with a sealant, forming a snug jacket around wiring connections.
