99K1250 - Folding-Handle Magnifier
This is a practical and affordable magnifier.
The 3 1/4" × 2" lens is particularly useful for reading small text or scales, as it magnifies 2X and minimizes spherical distortion on the long axis. A 3/4" diameter circular area in the lower right corner provides a 6.5X close-up capability.
The right underside of the frame has two LED lights that are spaced to minimize any shadowing, powered by three LR1130 button cells (not included). The handle folds for storage and houses the on/off switch.
This magnifier would be at home in any shop, medicine cabinet or kitchen “junk” drawer.
The 3 1/4" by 2" main lens magnifies 2X for reading text across a wider area, while the 3/4" circular area in the corner jumps to 6.5X for close-up detail such as small print or fine components.
Yes, the two LED lights run on three LR1130 button cells, which are not included.
Yes, the wider 2X lens handles general reading while the 6.5X area in the corner is there whenever you need a closer look, so you can move between the two without switching tools.
Yes, the folding magnifier's handle folds flat and houses the on/off switch, so it stores flat in a drawer or bag.
