This staple gun has a lot going for it. First, it’s incredibly versatile. A movable plate at the nose lets you easily switch among three modes of operation. You can seat staples flush to a surface, or offset them to sit proud of the surface – useful for tacking wires in place without damaging the sheathing, or installing vapor barrier without punching through it, for example.
You can also pivot the plate below the nose so it serves as an anvil, allowing the gun to function as a desktop-style stapler but with far more power than most, capable of stapling up to 60 sheets of paper at once. Of course, that driving power is also invaluable for other tasks, letting you set staples reliably even into hardwood, yet the driver mechanism doesn’t require a python-like squeeze to operate.
Finally, made from heavy-gauge steel with a chrome-plated finish to resist corrosion, it is built to last for a lifetime of heavy use. Accepts all 53-13 (6mm to 12mm) and JT21 (1/4" to 3/8") staples; comes with 3200 3/8" staples. A terrific multi-function staple gun, available while supplies last.
