Our six-panel cotton twill baseball caps are prewashed for softness and comfort and have no rigid backing material behind the front panels. They have an adjustable fabric back strap, six embroidered eyelets for ventilation and a pre-curved peak.
The low-profile adult-size cap measures 5 3/4" from cap button to peak edge and is available in navy or gray.

It's not recommended for this cap. The heat and detergent in a dishwasher cycle can shrink the cotton twill and soften the pre-curved brim.
Hand washing is safer for the shape and embroidery, but if you do machine wash it, use a cap frame, cold water and a gentle cycle.
The adjustable fabric back strap fits most adult head sizes without needing to pick a specific size.
