Produced by a family-owned business in Ohio, these thick ceramic bowls are made to withstand rigorous mixing and stirring. Their heft makes them resist sliding on your counter as you mix; each has a raised lip that provides a good grip for holding the bowl comfortably and securely on the work surface or in the crook of your arm when whisking or stirring.
Well sized for any number of tasks, from mixing cookie or bread dough to combining ingredients for meatloaf, they also make attractive serving bowls. Each displays the distinctive Dominion pattern and is finished with a lead-free, food-safe glaze that does not retain food flavors and is easy to clean. Safe for use in a conventional oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The 8" diameter bowl holds about 1.7 quarts (1.6 litres), the 10" size has a capacity of 3.9 quarts (3.7 litres), and the 12" bowl holds approximately 6.7 quarts (6.3 litres). Available individually or as a set of three containing one bowl of each size.
