With this mold, anyone can easily create chocolate letters with highly defined detail worthy of a professional chocolatier. Though designed for chocolate, we found it ideal for preparing hard candy letters, lemon ice, or other sweet or savory treats. Made of non-stick, FDA-compliant silicone, it is oven and microwave safe to 446°F (230°C) and freezer safe to -76°F (-60°C). Because the silicone is so flexible, confections pop out neatly without losing detail or wasting ingredients.
The entire mold holds approximately 135g (4 1/2 oz) of chocolate. Uppercase letters and assorted symbols, including punctuation and happy face, are 3/4" in character height. Made in Italy.
