The sharp stainless-steel V-blade is adjustable for thickness of slice, and the deck can be flipped over to expose the julienne blade for making matchstick-type cuts.
The soft-grip handle is comfortable to hold, and the wide non-slip foot provides stability in use. The underside is contoured for improved registration on the edge of a bowl. The included plastic hand guard keeps fingers away from sharp edges and has studded surfaces to grip ingredients while pushing them into the blade.
