These 5 1/2 oz capacity bowls are often called prep bowls because they are ideal for measuring and separating ingredients in preparation for cooking, whether it is wok cooking or a complex dessert recipe.

However, they are also handy for use on the dining table as condiment bowls for spices, relishes, sauces, etc. They are particularly useful as personal dipping bowls.

Made from food-grade stainless steel, they stack beautifully, taking up no more space than a water glass in a cupboard.

Hand wash only, since dishwasher detergents affect the high polish finish. Sold as a set of eight.
