Description
Created with 8" polypropylene rods rather than slots, this universal knife block stores any combination of knives, regardless of size or shape, in any orientation. We found it will hold knives 10" and smaller anywhere in the block. Unlike with a traditional wooden block, knives will not be dulled by scraping against the wood surface. A shallow cup encasing the rods makes them easy to remove for washing, and a two-step design helps with identifying and sorting knives.
Without the limitation of specific slots you can have your own selection of favorite knives accessible at all times.
