Containing Flexcut’s three most popular carving knives, this set covers everything from roughing and rapid material removal to detail work. The double-bevelled high-carbon steel blades (Rc52-54) come fully honed, ready for use; a block of honing compound is included to help you keep them that way. All have comfortable contoured ash handles to permit excellent control and reduce hand fatigue.
The cutting and roughing knives have sturdy straight blades (1 3/16" and 1 3/4" long respectively) for quickly shaping work. The detail knife has a 1 7/16" blade with a fine point for making precise cuts and incising.
