While the handles on most squeezer clamps remain fixed in line with the jaws, the handles on these clamps can be offset to any of 12 detents around the steel bar, so they won’t get in your way.
The moving jaw slides freely with a simple lever release, and the fixed head has a push-button release that makes it easy to reverse the jaws for use as a spreader. Applying up to 165 lb of clamping force, the parallel jaws have a 2 3/8" throat depth and removable non-marring jaw liners. The head and handles are made of durable fiberglass-reinforced polyamide plastic.
Available in 6" and 12" lengths, they are excellent clamps for complex glue-ups such as chairs, angled or curved components, and bent lamination work.
