Designed for use with our aluminum squeezer/spreader clamps (offered separately), these jaw inserts convert the flat clamp faces into angled V-blocks that grip corners, round stock and irregular shapes more securely. They provide a simple way to clamp mitered assemblies, dowels or other awkwardly shaped workpieces that can be difficult to grip with regular clamps.
The two-piece set includes a male block with 1" long faces, and a female block with 2" long faces and a relieved corner to avoid crushing delicate edges. The two blocks can be used together or individually, depending on the application.
Each block is 2" high and made from strong, rigid glass-fiber-reinforced nylon to resist deformation under load.
