These half-round cabinetmaker's rasps are flat on one side with a rounded profile on the other. The flat side is slightly cambered to avoid digging in when working on flat surfaces.
Available in right- and left-hand versions, each with coarse (grain 3) teeth that are set at a slight angle to the handle to align with your dominant arm’s natural movement. Each 12" blade is fastened to a 5" walnut handle with a brass ferrule.
Made in France.
