We designed this case to hold a pair of our Veritas skew rabbet planes, along with fence rods and other accessories, keeping everything organized, accessible and portable.
It’s made from sturdy 9mm thick Baltic birch plywood, precisely milled with snug dado joints and a clear acrylic sliding lid. A small shelf raised off the floor of the box has a pair of shallow recesses that accommodate the left-hand and right-hand versions of the plane, and holes in the shelf hold the fence rods vertically so they don’t roll around.
Measures 10 1/2" × 11 1/2" × 7 1/2" tall. Assembly required; screws included.
