60F0320 - Thin-Slot Miter Box
Designed for use with the 24 tpi general-purpose saw, this anodized aluminum miter box is about 6 1/2" long, has guide slots at 30°, 45° and 90°, and handles stock up to 2" wide and 15/16" tall. A lip on the bottom edge of the box acts as a fence, permitting clamp-free registration against the edge of a work surface.

Set the stock against the fence formed by the lip on the bottom edge, then run the saw through the slot at the angle you need; this thin slot miter box's 30°, 45° and 90° guides keep the cut square without clamping the work.
It's designed for use with a 24 tpi general-purpose saw – Lee Valley's Ultra-Thin Razor Saw and General-Purpose Razor Saw are both suited to it.
It's used to make repeatable angled or square cuts in trim and other small-section stock; this one handles material up to 2" wide and 15/16" tall.
