These optional 2 3/8" blades are for use with our Veritas scraping plane insert. Available in 0.016" and 0.024" thicknesses.
The thicker (0.024") blade is useful for heavier stock removal and, with more resistance to vibration, it is particularly useful for woods that are very hard or have wild grain.
