These extension wings expand the support surface of your Festool KAPEX miter saw, making it easier to handle long stock such as trim, molding and framing material with accuracy and control. By providing stable left- and right-hand support, they help keep workpieces flat and aligned for cleaner, more consistent cuts, especially when cutting long or delicate profiles like crown and baseboard.

Festool’s V-groove interface allows tool-free mounting of the wings to the KAPEX saw base or underframe in seconds. Each wing features a telescoping extension with an integrated dual-scale measuring system (Imperial and metric), along with adjustable flip stops for fast, repeatable length cuts. Once it’s set, you can cut multiple pieces to the same length.

The extension wings fold and retract quickly for transport, keeping the system compact and easy to move between locations. Whether paired with the underframe as a complete cutting station or used independently, these extensions turn your KAPEX into a precise, repeatable length-cutting solution for professional trim and finish work.
