For resawing or ripping tall stock on a bandsaw, this guide gives you 6" of vertical contact with your workpiece. It has a feather made of tough, flexible silicone that dampens vibration and exerts consistent force on the stock, ensuring reliable registration against the fence while you cut.You can adjust the guide’s position to hug the work; a locking lever fixes the guide firmly in place, leaving your hands free to feed stock without getting near the moving blade. The guide comes with two cams for mounting in miter slots – one for 3/8" × 3/4" slots, and the other for 1/4" × 5/8" slots.
