These discs have a specially developed ceramic alumina abrasive that cuts more quickly and lasts significantly longer than typical abrasives. The pyramid-shaped grains fracture as they wear, forming sharp points that effectively slice through material, producing an even surface finish and promoting longer disc life.
Compatible with any 5" random-orbit sander that has a hook facing, the discs have a tear-resistant film backing and a spiral hole pattern that works with the rotation of the sander platen to collect dust efficiently. Suitable for use on a range of materials from bare wood to fiberglass, metal, or painted surfaces.
Available individually in 120x, 180x, 240x and 320x grits. Made in USA.
