Abranet Ace HD for dust-free sanding is durable and tough with ceramic grains. The strong net structure resists high wear and tear, and the product is ideal for heavy-duty applications like stripping.
For use with the LEROS system, they are best used with a platen protector (sold separately), which prevents damage to the platen’s hook facing and further improves airflow to the collection holes. An optional 3mm (1/8") thick foam interface pad is available for contoured surfaces (can also be used with a platen protector).

The Ace HD line uses ceramic grain instead of aluminum oxide, bonded to a reinforced net structure built to withstand heavy-duty work such as stripping and aggressive stock removal that would wear out lighter abrasives faster.
They can handle general-purpose sanding too, since the four available grits run from an aggressive 40x up to a finer 120x. Heavy-duty stripping is where the ceramic grain and reinforced net earn their keep, but the finer end of the range suits lighter stock removal as well.
