This sample pack of veneer is made from assorted Italian hardwoods, dyed blue in various shades ranging from light powder blue to deep navy. Suitable for marquetry, furniture accents, or projects such as jewellery boxes and clocks, the veneer is supplied in packages of six sheets, all 12” long and varying in width from about 4 1/2” to 7 1/2”, for a total of approximately 3 sq. ft. Generally free of cracks and knots, the 0.025" thick sheets have been trimmed to provide straight edges.
In addition to dimensions, color and wood species, natural variations in texture and other characteristics are to be expected.
