Description: Make a walnut side table with our instructor, Max Walker from Atelier Cutting Corners. Over two days, you will learn various skills, including how to make half-lap joints, cut circles and apply finish, using both hand and power tools. Participants will complete a beautiful piece to take home.

Bio: Atelier Cutting Corners is a small woodworking shop operated by Max, a dreamer and maker.

Max grew up on a farm outside Ottawa, where he learned to respect and cherish natural resources. Environmental stewardship forms part of his woodworking. He endeavors to use high-quality hardwoods sourced from responsibly managed forests.
