This is surplus inventory of some pads we originally offered as accessories to a line of garden pants that have since been discontinued.
If you still happen to own the pants, this is a good opportunity to stock up on the cushioning knee inserts at a bargain price. Of course, you may find other uses for them, such as adding an extra layer of padding to other knee pads you may own, or to serve as non-skid pads to protect a work surface from scratches when handling rough materials.
Made of durable, flexible closed-cell foam, these pads measure about 7" × 7 1/4" × 1/4" thick and were designed to be slipped into a pocket sewn into the knees of the pants for protection while working from a kneeling position. The lightweight, waterproof material conforms well to contours while preventing moisture from soaking through when kneeling on damp ground.
