Dowel Caps for Veritas Knock-Down FastenersMade in Canada

Available in brass, or steel with zinc or black plating, these dowel caps are used to conceal the hole made for the cross-dowel of our Veritas knock-down fasteners. Sized relative to the cross-dowel, each cap has a boss on the underside for registration in the hole drilled for the cross-dowel; a set screw (two are supplied in 1/4" and 5/16" lengths) mounts into 8-32 threaded holes in the cross-dowel and the underside of the cap, fastening the cap in place. The diameter of each cap is about 1/8" larger than the stated diameter of the cross-dowel.

Made in Canada.
