Generally used for plywood, these three-prong T-nuts have 7/8" diameter flanges, a 3/8" barrel height, and a 9/32" prong height; they require a 3/8" pilot hole.
Sold in packages of 10 or 100.
These three-prong t-nuts (5/16-18 thread) are sized to match other 5/16-18 hardware in the same jig-and-fixture line, including t-bolts, t-slot nuts and threaded rod, so parts can be mixed within one project.
Drill a 3/8" pilot hole sized to the barrel, then drive these three-prong t-nuts (5/16-18 thread) in flush so the prongs bite into the surface and hold the flange from turning.
They're available in packages of 10 or 100, so you can buy just enough for one jig or stock up for repeated shop projects.
