A form of touch latch specifically for flush-face drawers.
It works like a ballpoint pen: push the drawer in about 1/16" and the latch releases 12 lb of force to open the drawer. As the drawer is closed, it automatically resets the latch. Adjustable over a 3/4" range from 2" to 2 3/4". Less space is required if it is mounted through the drawer back.
