A strategic game that combines luck, logic and a bit of friendly competition, double fives has been enjoyed for decades in various forms and under different names.
This version is hand crafted from Canadian hard maple and Baltic birch by a small family-owned company. The 20 1/2" square board features precision-cut channels to hold the glass gems during play, and all graphics are branded into the surface, so lines and numbers stay sharp and legible through years of use. Handsomely finished, it has dovetailed corners that add strength and finesse to a piece you’ll gladly leave on display.
Custom made for us, the game includes two decks of our playing cards along with three sets of colored gems and clear instructions. It also comes with two zippered storage bags, a smaller one for the pieces and a larger one to hold all the components for easy transport.
Built to last, it’s sure to become an heirloom. For two to nine players.
