This convenient thermometer takes the guesswork out of determining when your cake is perfectly baked.

Especially useful with dense or Bundt-style cakes, it is made of durable aluminum with a silicone cap to protect the tip, and can be reused for years.

Simply insert the tester into your cake for five seconds. If the tip turns red, your cake is done. If it remains black, put the cake back in the oven to continue baking.
