Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, the standard-size 9" diameter by 2" deep pan has wire-reinforced rolled edges for strength and rigidity. Ridges on the bottom of the pan allow better heat circulation for even cooking. The baking surface has a non-stick coating made of food-safe, BPA-free silicone, and the seamless construction makes for easier clean-up.
