What won us over most about these spatulas is simply the way they feel in the hand. The handles have a tapered, rounded shape that nests nicely in the palm, permitting a comfortable grip. Their outer layer is made of flexible silicone, so their edges conform to the contours of pots and bowls, while the fiberglass core gives them the rigidity needed for good control.
The small spatula has a slender, more maneuverable shape, useful when scraping the sides of narrow containers. The large is an excellent choice for general mixing and spreading tasks. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe, both can withstand temperatures to 550°F (287°C) and won't scratch non-stick pans. Each is 11" long; the small has a 1 1/2" wide head and the large is nearly 2" wide.
