Stainless-Steel Food Mill

Made in Italy to our specifications, this stainless-steel mill provides excellent control, pressing food through a perforated disc to produce a uniform, consistent texture.

It comes with three interchangeable discs with fine, medium or coarse perforations that let you handle a range of tasks. The 2mm fine disc yields smooth purées, ideal for baby food, tomato passata and delicate sauces. The 4mm medium disc produces a thicker consistency, well suited to applesauce or blended vegetable soups. The 6mm coarse disc is best for mashed potatoes, rustic tomato sauces or any preparation where a heartier texture is preferred.

It can be used on top of any bowl or pot from 6" to 10" in diameter, and it has rubberized feet that stabilize it on the vessel’s rim. The hand crank is easy to operate, requiring less effort than a hand-held masher.
