This steak knife is made from a premier stainless alloy and has epoxy-impregnated wooden grips. Neither blade nor grip requires maintenance of any kind, except for occasional sharpening. Manufactured by Thiers-Issard in France, it is forged, double tapered, and has an integral quillon and bolster.
The knife does such a superb job on steaks that you will be tempted to serve tougher cuts. A set is so elegant on the table that you will find yourself thinking up reasons to use them even when you don't have steak. 13cm (5") blade, 23cm (9") long overall. A wonderful indulgence.
