This timer takes the guesswork out of cooking a turkey, so you can tell at a glance when it is done.

Simply insert the timer into the thickest part of the bird before cooking. When the meat’s internal temperature reaches 165°F/ 74°C (the recommended temperature for a properly cooked turkey), a spring-loaded indicator pops up to signal that the turkey is done. The timer is easily reset by pressing the indicator back down while immersing the base first in hot water and then in cold.

Made of stainless steel with a heat-resistant glass bead indicator, each is about 2” long. Sold in pairs.
