Both functional and attractive, the "bearded" design of this axe lets you grip the handle directly behind the cutting edge to make shavings for a quick fire, to rough out a carving, or even to skin dinner.
The head is cast from 440C stainless steel, with a 4 1/2" blade ground and polished to a beautiful edge. It doubles beautifully as both axe and knife. The laminated birch handle is curved for easy gripping and good balance.
Comes in a grain leather sheath with double-snap closure and a swivelling belt loop. Weighs less than 2 lb. The ultimate outdoor accessory.
