About Veritas seconds: this stock of our DX60 block plane (05P7006) has some minor cosmetic flaw – a scratch, a pit in the casting or tiny blemishes – but the plane is functionally perfect. Quantities of seconds are limited and expected to sell out quickly.
One of the finest planes we have ever made, it has a die-cast lever cap and is finished with a durable powder-coat polymer paint. The knobs and wheels have knurled edges for a firm grip, and the lever cap integrates with the plane body to provide a near-continuous hand-contact surface.
