60T1901 - Japanese Flush-Cutting Saw

This Japanese flush-cutting saw is used for a variety of jobs, from trimming through tenons to dressing dovetails and trimming plugs flush with a surface (anywhere a flush cut is needed next to a finished surface).
The blade has 6" of standard fleam-cut teeth at 22 tpi. It is tapered from tang to tip to give flexibility, and from tooth to back to eliminate binding since it doesn't have any set in the teeth. This is an excellent tool.

No. Because the teeth have no set, the blade can be pressed flat to the surface and will cut the projection flush without marking the adjacent face. This is the core design intent of this saw.
The blade has 6" of cutting length.
It is used for trimming through tenons, dressing dovetails and cutting plugs flush wherever a cut is needed right next to a finished surface. The no-set, pull-stroke design makes it suited to any flush-cutting operation in the shop.
