Store customers please note that your Cyber Event orders can be shipped free of charge to the store of your choice. Delivery times vary depending on store location and range from 3 to 12 business days.

Due to the increased traffic on this day, we cannot guarantee that once you put an item in your cart the inventory will still be available when you check out. We recommend selecting the items you want and checking out quickly. Your order confirmation email will display the most accurate item availability status. If it turns out you've missed the one item you REALLY wanted and you'd like us to cancel your order, just send us an email with the order number and we'll do so – we'll understand.

Again this year, Lee Valley will be using a virtual waiting room for our popular Cyber Event sale. The queuing software will allow us to effectively manage traffic on our busiest day of the year.

Shortly before the sale starts, customers on our website will be redirected to a virtual waiting room. Once the event starts, customers will be queued, then let onto the site as system limits permit. We know waiting rooms are not ideal but are on occasion necessary to ensure the best possible user experience.
