Modelled after an antique hoe that a member of our staff inherited from his grandfather, this tool makes quick, efficient work of clearing weeds from garden beds. Sharpened on the leading and trailing edges, the stainless-steel blade cuts on both the forward and backward strokes, slicing off weeds just below the surface.

The 6 3/4" wide blade is held by two arms, one on either side, showing you exactly where the blade is at all times. This makes it easy to avoid damaging the plants you want to keep, so you can work more quickly. Weighing about 1 3/4 lb, the hoe is 64" long overall, with the blade set on the end of the hardwood handle at an angle to keep it running parallel to the ground.
