Description

Inventors of the original anvil pruner, Löwe has been producing high-quality pruners since 1923. The pruners cut exceptionally well with little force.

This innovative design combines an anvil-style cutting action with a distinctive head shape similar to that of a bypass pruner. The long, curved shape of the single blade and matching anvil helps grip the material, preventing it from twisting out of the jaws. The slim design also permits detail cuts close to the stalk or in confined spots where a regular anvil pruner cannot reach.

Model #8.104 has the traditional Löwe handle shape, while model #8.107 has arc-shaped handle designed to fit smaller hands comfortably. For a perfect fit, both have handle-adjustment screws to let you fine-tune the span between the handles.

Suitable for right- or left-handed users, they have sturdy steel bodies that are chrome plated for rust resistance, and hardened steel blades that are precision ground to a keen edge. The handles have a soft rubberized coating.
