We produce these box feet to precise tolerances using the same state-of-the-art CNC (computer numeric control) equipment we use to manufacture Veritas planes and other tools to exacting standards. Functional and elegant, they are made from premium-grade alloys.
They are available in solid brass or stainless steel with a tumbled matte finish that can be polished if desired.
Left unfinished, the brass feet will develop a natural patina over time.
With a maximum diameter of about 1/2", each foot mounts in a 1/4" diameter, 1/4" deep hole; the stem is grooved to provide a mechanical lock for gluing. Size given is exposed height. They add a distinctive finishing touch to small boxes or other projects.
